Webinar events and recordings are to be viewed through the Your Profile portal only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.
A copy of the webinar presentation will be available before the webinar event after registration and is for personal/non-commercial use only. The content must not be modified or republished in any way without the prior consent of the presenter.
If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorised use of the material may lead to legal action.

5)Purchasing webinar credit packs
Credits expire after 6 months of purchase.
Unused WHW credits are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash.
6)Refund or cancellation
Registration for a webinar event may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event. In such instances, a credit for another webinar will be provided.
If for any reason, the presentation is required to be cancelled by WHW, a notification email will be sent as soon as practicable and a credit for another webinar will be provided.
There are no refunds or credits for live webinar events or recordings of webinar events that are missed due to personal circumstances including but not limited to technical problems, inadequate internet access or other software non-compatibilities. It is recommended that registered attendees complete the Speed Test (link located at top of home page) prior to the webinar event to reduce the likelihood of technical problems during the webinar event.
7)Rectification
Whilst World Health Webinars takes considerable care in reviewing the content of webinars and any other medical and/or health related information provided through this website, if webinar attendees believe that any information provided is incorrect or contentious, they are encouraged to use the contact us link so that the issue may reviewed and rectified if necessary.
